Our dossier was submitted today. The wait now begins to see if all the documents are correct and then we will get a travel date. I am so excited that we could be traveling in about 6 weeks to meet our daughter.
There are some things that have been happening the last 3 weeks that made us have to scamper to redo all our documents but I won't go in to that on here at this time. Suffice it to say, God brought us through the struggle and we are working with a reputable agency who has our best interest at heart. God is awesome like that!
I am starting to think about all the things that need to be done before we leave. I know it will be a while but I have to start packing now. Since we have been to Ukraine before, I know what we need to take but if anyone has any suggestions or wants to give me your two cents I would appreciate it. I need all the help I can get at this point.
For those that may just be coming across our blog, I want to welcome you. Please take time to consider orphans and what God says about them in His word. (James 1:27, John 14:18) If He has put it on your heart to adopt, don't wait. The time will never be "just right" and these orphans need you to get to them now.
